Every year, the Pennsylvania Association of Student Councils (PASC) holds a statewide leadership convention. In 2026, PASC will be headed to Kingsley, PA, as Mountain View Jr. Sr. HS hosts the 90th PASC State Leadership Convention. The event consists of motivational speakers, student-led workshops, and leadership activities.

Workshops
Workshop Selection - All delegates will attend 3 workshop rotations. The two PDF files below include workshop options. Middle Level workshops are for delegates in grades 5-8. High School workshops are for delegates in grades 9-12.

Keynote Speakers
KEITH HAWKINS
Keith Hawkins grew up facing extreme challenges in a tough part of Los Angeles, where the odds were stacked against him from an early age.
