Who we Are

PASC has a rich history of supporting our students and advisors, and their schools and communities, since 1932. We are devoted to assisting student leaders to reach their full potential both as council and chapter members, and as people. We do this by directly engaging student leaders, as well as their advisors. To achieve this goal, PASC hosts conferences and events, provides forums and publications, and assembles a network of the state’s finest student leaders and their advisors.

While most of our existence has been with student councils, in 2019 our membership voted to include NASSP sponsored honor societies (NHS/NJHS) in our organization. While we are excited to include opportunities for these chapters and their members, our core mission of developing, engaging, and celebrating student leaders and their adult advisors as they positively impact their schools and communities has not, and will not, change.

We look forward to serving our members in student councils and honor societies for many years. Please review our mission, vision, statement of values, constitution and bylaws below. For more information on our regions, please go to our region page. Your region director and region representative are your primary points of contact in the organization and are ready to help you throughout the year. Regions are also always looking for members to engage on region boards, and serving on a region board is a great way for students and advisors to become more involved with PASC. You can also reach out to our Executive and Assistant Executive Director at the emails at the bottom of this page, along with our social media channels, if you would like more information or help. If you are not currently a member and would like to join, or, you have questions about your membership, please go to our membership page

The navigation bar at the top of this page will help you learn more about our programs for students and adults, our conferences and events, our summer leadership camp program, recognition opportunities, and our various outreach efforts.

Thank you for visiting! We look forward to engaging, developing, and celebrating along with you!
