The Distinguished Student Leader Program is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Association of Student Councils (PASC) to motivate and challenge student leaders to extend their leadership skills and activities, and to confer PASC’s recognition upon those students who demonstrate superior leadership skills and knowledge, based upon PASC criteria and evaluation procedures. We accept applications year-round, but to be recognized at the 2025 State Convention, applications must be submitted by October 1, 2025.
