CAMP DIRECTORS

Kristina Kane
Co-Director Alvernia Blue and Advanced Blue

Kristina works for Montgomery County Office of Children and Youth as a Foster Home Coordinator. She has been involved with PASC since 2004 and attended both Gold and Advanced Gold Level Workshops. She also participated in the planning and hosting of the 2006 NASC Conference at her home school, North Penn High School. Since then she has worked as a Council Group Advisor, Teaching Staff, piloted and implemented the Advanced Blue Workshop, and is currently Assistant Director of Alvernia Blue & Advanced Blue.
Kristina’s favorite part of camp is watching the Advanced Blue delegates create workshops and build the confidence to present them and submit them to the State Conference.
Kate Hepner

Kate is a teacher and Senior High student council advisor with the Northgate School District. She attended the Blue, Gold, and Advanced Gold camps as a delegate and applied to work at camp after her senior year of high school. Kate has worked as a Color Group Advisor and the Leadership Learning Unit Instructor before becoming director in 2016.
Kate’s favorite part of camp is watching the deep bond of friendship between the delegates and staff form and learning, growing, and breaking leadership boundaries as a team and individually.
ALVERNIA BLUE DIRECTORS

Bri D'Alesandro

Bri is a Site Based Enrollment and Match Support Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh. Bri has been involved with PASC since high school when she attended the Grove City Gold summer workshop. After graduating high school, Bri became a Color Group Advisor at the Grove City Blue summer workshop. She has also been CGA coordinator and a Learning Unit Instructor, teaching public speaking, communication, and project planning.
Bri's favorite part of summer camp is introducing the middle level delegates to PASC. This is many of the delegates first exposure to the organization and Bri enjoys watching them learn more about the organization and come to love and embody it!
GROVE CITY BLUE DIRECTOR

Kristi works in Pittsburgh as a mental health counselor. She attended Grove City Gold the summer before her senior year and has been hooked on PASC ever since! She has been a Color Group Leader and the Color Group Coordinator. Now, she teaches the Motivating Yourself and Others session in addition to serving as Assistant Director.
Kristi's favorite part of camp is watching the delegates and staff form a tight-knit family by the end of the week. "You don't know anyone when you first arrive, but you leave with new friends and a lifetime of memories!"
Miranda Tellis

Miranda lives in San Mateo, CA, but is originally from Philadelphia, PA, where she was a high school teacher in Southwest Philly. She now works as a kindergarten teacher for Rocketship Mateo Sheedy Elementary in San Jose, CA. Even after relocating to the west coast, she has never given up her passion for PASC because she is passionate about instilling leadership skills in the next generation of young people. This will be her ninth year as a staff member with Grove City Gold.
Her favorite part of camp is listening to both staff and delegates describe their experience at the end of the week. "It is unbelievable to see how much growth and change can happen in one week!"

Andy Costanzo

Andy is the Activities Coordinator at Interboro High School. He has been on camp staffs since 1976 when he claims he was 12 at the time. Recently Andy has celebrated his 40th year on staff and is gearing up for year 43. His hobbies include spending time with his family, playing sports, tennis, reading, and leadership training for both students and advisors.
Andy’s had a hard time picking one favorite part about camp since he can think of so many but he enjoys working with an always great staff, and getting to know and observing the growth of terrific student leaders.
Lisa Ford

Lisa works at Bishop McDevitt High School as an Assistant Principal, science teacher, and coach.
She has been involved with PASC since the summer before her senior year when she attended the Gold Level Workshop at Lebanon Valley College. Since then she has worked as Group Advisor at the Gold level and Advanced Gold Summer Camps. She has taught the Team Building and Leadership Sessions at Gold before moving on to Assistant Director.
Lisa’s favorite part of camp is watching the delegates turn for nervous and shy on the first day or two of camp to nostalgic and happy on the last two days of camp! She loves to see their "ah - ha" moment when they get why they are at camp and how the experience has changed their lives for the better.
SUSQUEHANNAGOLD DIRECTORS

Shannon Holley

Shannon is a music teacher in the Erie Public School District. Shannon has been involved in PASC since high school where she attended Gold, Advanced Gold, and a National Conference. In high school she hosted a district conference. After graduating high school she had the opportunity to staff at Grove City Blue, Susquehanna Gold, and Advanced Gold Summer Camps, serving as Council Advisors for each site and taught sessions on Self Esteem, as well. This will be here 6th year staffing summer camp. In college she served as the Mercyhurst Student Government President and sat on the university's Board of Trustees.
Shannon's favorite part of camp is watching the transition the student's go through from the beginning of the week to the end. Everyone starts as strangers and transforms into one big team. Not only are relationships are created that will last a lifetime, but the students leave with a passion and vast knowledge to bring back and positively impact their communities and schools.
Felix Yerace
Advanced Gold Co-Director

Felix is Student Government Coadvisor, Interact Coadvisor, Link Crew Cocoordinator, and Graduation Project Coordinator at South Fayette High School. Among the courses he teaches is a College in High School (CHS) class on Leadership, and he is a graduate of the International Leadership Association (ILA) Leadership Education Academy. He is a certified facilitator in several different leadership development programs. Felix is also the Assistant Executive Director for PASC, and has staffed the NHS State Summit program. He previously served on the NASSP Student Leadership Advisory Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Global Switchboard and Pennsylvania ASCD, and is an adjunct faculty member of Jesuit Worldwide Learning – Higher Education at the Margins. He is a proud alum of Pitt, Bloomsburg, Carnegie Mellon, and Gonzaga.
Felix's favorite part of camp is working one-on-one with delegates as they complete their Voice project at camp, and helping them to discover their "why." He also enjoys getting to know so many students from across the Commonwealth who become friends once camp is complete.
