All schools are members of their local district which is comprised of a group of counties. The second level is a region which is a combination of one or two districts depending on the size of the geographic area. Each district has an adult representative and each region has a high school student representative that serve on the state executive board. Middle level schools are represented by two elected students, one representing Districts 1-6 and the other Districts 7-13.

District 1 and 2 comprise Region A
District 3 & 4 comprise Region B
District 6 is Region C
District 7 & 9 comprise Region D
District 8 is Region E
District 11 & 12 comprise Region F
District 10 & 13 comprise Region G
