Attention students: nominate your advisor for selection as "District 8 Advisor of the Year". Due date is March 28, 2012 and the nomination form is linked below.

Students and Advisors: we need student and adult representatives from Juniata, Lancaster & Perry counties to served on the District 8 Board. Applications are listed below and your selection would occur at the District 8 Conference on April 5.

Summer Workshop scholarships are available. At the May board meeting, the District 8 Board will select one high school and one middle school scholarship recipient. Applications are linked below and are due by April 25.

The mission of the Pennsylvania Association of Student Councils is to offer year-round opportunities to develop and apply leadership and life skills for middle level and high school students and their advisors throughout Pennsylvania.  

The process by which the association will accomplish their mission will be by disseminating information for building effective organizations, recognizing individual and school achievements, promoting community service, and providing positive enthusiastic forums for networking, sharing ideas, and partnering with state organizations that perpetuate civic engagement.
