Welcome to the PASC District #3 Website! District #3 encompasses all Student Councils in Allegheny County. With approximately 10% of all PASC member schools belonging to D3, we are proud to host outstanding conferences for our members and serve as a leadership resource for hundreds of students and their advisors in Western Pennsylvania. Within the last several years, many of our students have presented workshops at state and national conferences and their councils (and advisors!) have been recognized for excellence by both PASC and NASC. If you are a school interested in joining PASC or a current member (student or adult) looking for information, please do not hesitate to contact me at PASCDistrict3Director@gmail.com. Thank you and Happy Leading!
Meet your Region Rep
Hi District 3!!! My name is Kay Casturo. I am a Senior at Mount Lebanon High School. I am thrilled to be your region B rep!!
I have been involved with PASC ever since I was in 6th grade. Throughout the years I have attended multiple conferences at every level, and 3 summer leadership camps. These experiences have made such an impact on my life; without them I would be an entirely different person! For the past three years I have served on the district 3 board as secretary, and I couldn't be more excited to extend my representation to all of region B on the state executive board! My goal is to help your PASC experience develop, engage, and celebrate you as a leader. Let's continue the great legacy Region B already has together!
If you have any questions, comments or criticisms at all please don't hesitate to contact me at email@example.com.

District 3 Board Information
Each District in PASC has a Board made up of both student leaders and Advisors who provide direction to the District as a whole. The board supports conference hosts, facilitates communication between member schools, and helps develop new programs. In District #3, five schools are elected to staggered two-year terms to serve on the board. At least one school is a Middle School and one is a High School. These schools nominate students and advisors to serve on the board. Additional schools who are or will be hosting conferences also sit on the board. The District Director also has the right to appoint additional individuals to the district board to further district goals. The District #3 Board meets approximately six times each year at sites across the district. All meetings are from 6:00 - 8:00 PM
All students and advisors are welcome to attend any of the D3 Board Meetings. This is a great way to see what your district board does for you, to get more involved in PASC, and to prepare to serve as an elected school on the board! Please contact Felix at PASCDistrict3Director@gmail.com if you would like to attend the next meeting or get more involved in PASC on a district level!
