Spring News



Thanks to all the District 10 and 13 schools who attended the Region G Conference at Governor Mifflin on April 2. A special thanks to the workshop presenters, our keynote speaker, Bob Tryanski and to the advisors for making sure their students had the opportunity to attend. I hope everyone had a fantastic day.

Things to think about for next school year!

The PAL Conference will be held at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Reading on September 25, 2013 This one day conference is for Principals, Advisors and (4) Student Leaders. You should ask your administration for approval before June. Please visit the conference section of the PASC web page for further details and registration forms.

District 13 is eligible for the Region G Representative position on the PASC Board. Any school who is interested in this position should send  me a letter of intent.  We will have presentations at the caucus meeting at the PASC State Conference at Boyertown. After the presentations, schools in attendance will vote for the school who will then select the next Region G Rep. Forms will be posted at the bottom of my page.

The PASC State Conference is our backyard this November. Please get board approval before the summer vacation.
Hopefully many of the District 13 students will submit workshop applications. Visit the conference website to download and submit the applications. Be sure to get your advisors signatures in advance PASC State Conference is in our backyard!

This will be my last term as District 13 Director, any advisor who is interested
in serving in this position should also send me a note of intent. If more than
one advisor is interested, we will have an election at the caucus
meeting in November. It has been quite an adventure, I have met many wonderful students and
advisors during these past 21 years, and I have enjoyed representing District 13. 
I hope that I have served you well.
